BTEC Program of Skill Building

The BTEC Skill Building Program is open to all Grades 7-11 students and even MGIS alumni, providing them skill-based qualifications that will suit the world of multimedia training and information Technology. The course is targeted and designed to impart practical knowledge to the students, the main concepts of digital employment opportunities, and the skills with manual knowledge on how to work in the digital industries.

Assessment Method

MGIS reflects on the official BTEC assessment criteria to assess the performance of students on every unit. Based on the level of achievement grades are awarded and they are Distinction, Merit, Pass or Unclassified. Unit assessments are all done internally, and to maintain constancy they are subject to a quality assurance process.
