Mission Laïque Française
Students between Grades 6 and 10 get a choice to join the Mission Laique Francaise (MLF) curriculum that focuses on individual thought, expression, and critical review. It is based on a multilingual approach with French as the host language of education and the host country language in addition to English as a third international language of communication. This is a linguistic and cultural enriched approach that ensures that students become citizen members of a global world that is responsible and well travelled. The French Ministry of education accredits the program.
Assessment Framework
Those who attend the MLF program will be allowed to take various certification exams which include the Cambridge English and French language diplomas like DELF and DALF. They can also be examined in the French National Diploma (Brevet) and the French Baccalaureate. This is so because at MGIS (Ashta), students are assessed as part of an integrated system of assessment so as to enable that the student progress is monitored continually and comprehensively throughout the academic development.
